Throughout San Carlos, various public art can be seen, from the Balancing Act sculpture at Harrington Park, to utility box murals painted by local artists. The second phase of the Utility Box Mural Project was completed in July 2018, and included six murals. There have been five more utility box murals completed for the third phase of the Utility Box Mural Project in March 2024.
