Description of Project
The Planning Commission approved the project plans on July 6, 2015 and the City Council issued its approval of the project on July 27, 2015 meeting. The project is currently under construction.

The hotel development includes the construction of a new four-story, upscale, extended-stay hotel. The hotel will include 204 guest rooms, with associated surface parking and site landscaping. On-site hotel amenities include a lobby, outdoor patio areas with a pool and sport court, fitness and laundry center, limited food service, and a meeting room. All guest rooms will include individual kitchens.

Construction Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am -5:00pm on Saturdays (no work on Sunday or holidays). Grading and dirt haul is limited to Monday through Friday only.

Dirt Haul Route: Industrial Road to Holly Street (east only) to USA Highway 101.
